I am attempting to connect a SharePoint 2016 calendar to MS Outlook 2016.  I receive the following error, "Task 'SharePoint' reported error (0x80040102): 'Outlook cannot connect tot he SharePoint List (xxxx).  The server may not be reachable from your location.  Contact the SharePoint site administrator for more information.  HTTP 0.' .
