- Usually in an article is possible to insert, at the top of the page, a single command in edit mode that automatically creates a table of contents at the top of the article when it's open in view mode. Is there any chance to do the same with SharePoint Wiki ?

Yes you can do in SharePoint , Enterprise Wiki specific features like Page Rating – ability to rate pages and Metadata Tagging – ability to tag pages/articles on the same screen where you are editing a page By default, Enterprise Keywords field allows you to enter freeform keywords or tags on your wiki page
