反复的错误消息，阻止安装HP打印机软件:

repeated error messages blocking installation of HP printer software:

 

1. iexplore.exe应用程序错误

1. iexplore.exe Application Error

指令引用了0x00000000处的内存内存无法读取

instruction at 0x755e25e3 referenced memory at 0x00000000     memory could not be read

 

2.rundll32.exe应用程序错误

2.rundll32.exe Application Error

随后出现与上述相同的确切消息.

same exact message as above then follows.

即使我下载并尝试为此打印机安装裸机HP驱动程序，也会得到相同的错误消息.

get same error messages even when i download and try to install bare bones HP drivers for this printer.
