I was able to record all the steps by using Test Manager but when I play the test manager has stopped at menu click ( +) , which need to  expand the menu and select one link in the list ( not a drop down).

Hi,

For this issue, I think the reason is that it needs to wait a second to expand the menu. By default the delay between actions is 0.1 seconds. Please try to increase the delay time and try again.

1. Open Lab Center
2. Select Test Settings
3. Open a manual test setting
4. Select Data and Diagnostics
5. Check Action Log and click Configure button.

You also could try to check Capture user delay between actions if more than option and decrease time to 1 seconds to record user’s delay time, then try again.
