Hi,

I am trying to set up a MS account for my in laws to manage O365 licenses so that they can install the office suite. I am trying to do so with signup.live.com and all I get is a broken form that I cant fill out.

Is there some other link? I tried on my PC with various browsers as well as on my phone.

There's nothing special about it.  Just sign up for an email at any of those sites and now you have "A Microsoft Account" and also "A Live ID" and also "A Messenger Account" and and and... :-P
