I need small help to identify particular document's metadata. Like in office 365 data governance disposition view we are not able to see document's all metadata. So here user/admin can not identify the records.

I don't think this view is modifiable.  However, the link to the item involved is live so you can always click on the item to look at the metadata in its original context.  This view is based on Search, so it can only really retrieve properties that have been indexed as managed properties.  There may be other properties available, but again I don't know how you would modify the view and you certainly won't have all metadata available in this context.  you have to click through to the original context of the item to see everything.
