I have a document library with Publish Date column. Uploaded documents and added Publish Date for all items. Created a Calendar view, set Publish Date for Begin and End. But the link of document's Name opens the View Form.

It’s not supported to add Name (Linked to document with edit menu) column in calendar view by design. There is no OOB way to achieve your requirement. As a workaround, you need to create a custom solution. You can change the list view display via JSLink.
