So in SP2010 there are links to all document libraries (and others like to all discussions etc.) with link like this xxxxxx/_layouts/15/viewlsts.aspx?BaseType=0&ListTemplate=101. As per the below link The code present in viewlsts.aspx to handle the BaseType query parameter response has been removed.
