Regarding your question, you should contact these who sold you the product, since Microsoft have thousands of different licences and a lot of these are dedicated to specific clients or audience (for example there is special licence that teachers can buy, and a different licence for students, and a different licence for teachers in specific countries, and so on...) 

The message is pretty clear :-)
And this is not a support system but community forums

I highly recommend Not to use the forum for LICENSE questions. There might be differences in locations, versions, editions, Machine resources, Various programs for partners, and much more.
