Hi, I just had to relabel my disk drive which isn't my primary drive from B to D. Visual studio was installed there. Now, whenever I try to uninstall/modify/repair it it gives me a fatal error telling me that I should restart my PC and it doesn't get removed. How should I proceed?

I wiped it off from the Disk drive and then formated the disk drive. I thought that will fix the problem but it doesn't since it still has some files on my C drive.
