屏幕黑屏，必须重新启动计算机 [英] Screen blacks out and must reboot computer

问题描述

在游戏进行中或任何时候屏幕黑屏时，我必须重新启动！重新启动时，我还会收到以下消息:

Windows资源管理器:未确认USB设备
，并且
祝贺您最近购买了预先配置了Windows Live的Dell计算机.等等，等等

然后您在绿色小方块中单击确定"，并假设它会消失..但是每次我打开Internet浏览器时，它只会不断地反复出现. grrr

我该怎么做才能纠正这些可能相关或不相关的问题！我发誓Windows 7的背面确实很疼..每次登录时，我发现一个新问题，而这台计算机的使用年限为4个月.

When in the middle of a game or whatever the screen blacks out and i must reboot! I also get these messages when i reboot:

Windows Explorer : USB Device Not Recongized
and
Congratulations on your recent purchase of a dell Computer preconfigured with Windows Live.  etc etc

and then u click OK in the little green square and would assume that it would go away.. but it just keeps reappeariing over and over again.. everytime i open my internet browser.  grrr

What can i do to correct these problems which may or may not be related!  I swear Windows 7 has been a pain in the back side for sure.. Everytime i log on i find a new issue and this computer is bearly 4 months old.
