I have provisioned a VM (Windows Server 2016 Datacenter). I have installed a software that is running inside IIS at port 81. I am able to access IIS site on port 80 from outside of the VM but the one running on 81 is not accessible. Both port 80 and 81 have been Allowed through Inbound Port Rules. What possibly is going wrong?
