We have recently migrated from SP 2010 to 2013 which is fine. But if we go to site contents, some of the list icons are still showing as 2010 list icons. In 2 of these lists having people picker column with customized forms (new, edit, display). For these forms people picker field is displaying as same as 2010 while filling.

We want to change to 2013 mode. Is there any possibility for this?

You need to run Upgrade-SPSite to upgrade the Site Collection. The icons for the List itself may not change if they're based on older SharePoint 2010 templates (e.g. the Task List template in 2010 is different from the 2013 Task List template and will retain the older style icon).
