if i assign individual users in SharePoint 2013 permission , every thing working fine.

but if i assign AD groups directly to SharePoint 2013, Users can login , can access what ever they are authorize, but their email and other fields is not available, i check from User information List its empty, people or group field if i change from Name to email or any other column result is empty.

I have done a test in my SharePoint 2013 and i cannot reproduce your issue.
