I am very new to Bing ads and relatively new to development in general, so please pardon the lack of knowledge.

I am working with a set of real (but outdated by several months) data that should have existing Ad Group Ids, but when attempting to verify new ads, I only get the message that the Ad Group Id is not valid. I am passing in an Ad Group Id. I have checked with numerous ad groups but get the same message every time.
