When I change the control to an "Option Button", I only see ONE button and not all four buttons.  Two people have commented way down at the bottom of the site but no answer.  Was hoping someone can reverse engineer this tutorial and help a brotha out.

To convert a drop down list to Option button, please delete the drop down list in the form view(Do not delete the control permanently. Just delete it from the view), then go to advanced view via "Show advanced view" and select the field and insert it into the view as Option button.
