I'm having a hard time getting TIA to work how I'd expect it should work. My expectation is that I can do the following:

- See no impacted test in the TIA window

However, following these steps I still see impacted tests when I've got no code checked out and after getting latest and building twice. Can someone pleae explain how I can get TIA into a state where not tests are shown in the TIA list (e.g. a good starting ponit).

You expectation is correct. Can you try deleting the Testimpact database (It should be in your test project folder "testimpact.sdf") and then see if you can revert to the clean state (I will suggest backing up the file before you delete it). I am checking internally if there are known issues with the database state.
