My VS2008 often crashes to desktop when I try to update my web reference.  I hope this is the right forum for this.  This has gotten very frustrating.

 1. Does the Web Service project in the same solution of the Web Application/Website?
 2. If we build the Web service project first and then update the web reference, does the issue still occur?
