We are unable to provision Azure virtual network using New-AzureRMVirtualNetwork using Azure Automation runbook. It fails after 3 attempts with Suspended status.

In the second screenshot, noticed an error output that states "the following properties in the output are being deprecated." Also the symptoms you are describing above suggests you may be running an outdated Module in the automation account.
