I have a runbook scheduled to kick off processing of my AAS Cube.

The runbook was running perfectly for a couple of months and all of a sudden on 3 November 2018 @ 8pm the runbook gets stuck on status 'Refreshing'

I don't get any errors or anything I can troubleshoot with and the runbook just stops after 3 hours (from fair use policy)

My issue also goes deeper, I cannot deploy my cube to azure, it hangs as well on the deployment.

In addition I cannot even manually process from SSMS. It also just hangs.
