I have a query about the settings related receiving incoming emails in SharePoint.

Let us say I have 10 document libraries need to receive incoming emails , so do I need to create 10 mail boxes either in exchange OR smtp?  How the emails getting routed from drop folder to respective library if i have one receiving incoming email address. i.e. for example [e-mail] . this is the id we configure in central admin and the id we give in each library/list is something like [e-mail] .  Assume i have two lists list1 and list2 so the email ids for these two are [e-mail] and [e-mail] .  My question is how  the mails getting routed from drop folder to each list.

When users send e-mail to the address of a list or library, SharePoint 2013 detects that new e-mail has been delivered. The .eml files will be picked up by the timer job called "Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Incoming E-Mail" and the mails will be sent to the appropriate list or library based on the e-mail address.
