I am attempting to find a way to build a custom SharePoint Designer (SPD) 2013 approval workflow so it adds the 'open this task' button to the file it's executed on just like an Out -Of-The-Box (OOTB) SP 2010 workflow (please see the screen shot below - sorry, it's not going to let me upload my screen shot). Does anyone out there know how this can be accomplished?

"Open this task" is an Outlook client button with an Approval workflow email, there is no OOB way to add it into an Excel file.
