The network where SharePoint Portal located is isolated from Internet. SharePoint Portal was working fine before. Now the SharePoint Portal pages are taking time to load.

Getting the following error in Fiddler while accessing SharePoint Server Pages. After sometime Page gets loaded. Can I  ignore the below errors. Central Admin is working fine without any delay (http). The portal which is on 443 (https) is having issue. 

DNS lookup for "ssw.live.com" failed (Trying to access http://ssw.live.com/uploaddata.aspx)

DNS Lookup for "ssw.live.com" failed. System.Net.Socket.SocketException This is usually a temporary error during hostname resolution and means that the local server did not receive a response from an authorative server

DNS Lookup for "ent-shasta-rrs.symatec.com" failed. System.Net.Sockets.SocketException no such host is known

DNS Lookup for "v10.vortex-win.data.microsoft.com" failed. 

DNS Lookup for "setting-win.data.microsoft.com" failed. 

DNS Lookup for "ieonline.microsoft.com" failed.

您是以经典模式还是自定义方式使用SharePoint Online?我不确定这是否有意义，但是在过去的几周中，MS将页面加载/DOM从IE10更改为Edge.尝试在IE中使用兼容模式，看看是否 返回任何不同的内容.

Are you using SharePoint Online in classic mode or with customisations?  I'm not sure if this is relevant yet but MS changed the page loading / DOM to Edge from IE10 these past few weeks.  Try using compatability mode in IE and seeing if this returns anything different.
