NewCustomForm.aspx in a List is not working in SharePoint 2013 after migrating from SharePoint 2010. 

文本框，文本区域和从SharePoint 2010迁移后，列表框控件在SharePoint 2013的列表中的NewCustomForm.aspx中不可见.但是列表中的NewCustomForm.aspx在SharePoint 2010中按预期方式工作.

The textbox, textarea & listbox controls are not visible in NewCustomForm.aspx in a List in SharePoint 2013 after migrating from SharePoint 2010. However the NewCustomForm.aspx  in a List works as expected in SharePoint 2010.
