I am trying to configure an App Service Certificate for binding it with a domain and I am facing some issues with the Ownership verification.

I have tried several times using the Manual configuration of the token in the DNS entries and with the app service verification and with both method the validation was denied.

I followed all the steps of the guides and this is not the first time that I configure this service but it is the first time that I have these kinds of issues.

Hi Javier, have you purchased your custom domain through Azure or did you purchased it through a 3rd party, such as GoDaddy?

The best method to attempt verification would be using a txt record. Please note that it might take some time for the DNS to fully replicate. How long did you wait between applying the DNS entry to attempting verification again?
