I have setup an Sharepoint 2013 on premises for our office , i have created user and have set and default password for them but now i want to option to user to change the password from there end, please guide me how to achieve this.

SharePoint doesn't actually store the passwords for users (other than managed account passwords).  Those are all stored in the authentication system, like AD or Forms based Authentication.  The process for letting users change their own password will depend on the authentication system you are using.  There is nothing built-in, but there are third party web parts that will provide this functionality.  The specific web part you need is dependent on the authentication system you are using.
