i have an issue with Person and Group on my site . I have a list will my colleagues and in front on their names the presence availability is not showing. It's strange because on another list(different site) with the same members the presence is showing if my colleague is online or offline. Both sites are in the same web app . I checked the list and everything is ok. Any advice?

Please troubleshoot your issue as following:

Go to Central Administration->Manage web application->select the web application->general settings->select "No" for "Enable additional actions and Online Status for members", then re-enable that selects "yes" for it, check if the issue exists.
