I am trying to create a graph on a Sharepoint sub-site. I found the directions, but I am not finding the web part "Chart Web Part". It doesn't show up anywhere. I am doing something wrong, or how do I find it?

First, are you using SharePoint Server Enterprise? The Chart Web part isn't available in SharePoint Foundation or SharePoint Server Standard. You also have to enable the Enterprise Features Feature in the Site Collection Features.
