In SP Designer 2013, under Site Groups, I'm unable to add users or create new groups because of a problem with the people picker. I see a button to validate names and open the directory, but neither works.  If I try to type in anything, even an existing SP group or username from AD, I get the error: "No exact match was found for one or more user or group names."  I've tried this on multiple computers with no luck.  Does anyone have or not have this same issue?  Any ideas?
