Hi,

We integrated CRM 2016 and Sharepoint with server to server integration.All the documents related to profile gets uploaded respective Sharepoint library.But when ever users try to view them on CRM iframe of document grid its taking to long to load.

Please try to use another browser and see if the CRM is slow, check whether it is the performance issue of the browser.

In addition, use the Fiddler to trace the requests to the CRM server.
