将文档从一个SharePoint网站复制到另一个SharePoint网站时遇到问题.

I am facing an issue while copying a document from one SharePoint site to another.

Scenario : I have a SharePoint site which is hosted on prem. In that site, I have a document library which uses customized word document template along few metadata fields. Over there things are working fine as expected. Now i have requirement like based on some condition i need to sync few documents to SharePoint Online site so for that i am using one sync tool. Documents are getting copied along with metadata properties but the issue is when i download the document from target site, metadata properties are not updated in the document though i can see the value in document panel. Have below screenshot for your reference,

Note :  It was working correctly but since last few days it stopped working. I dont know why. Anyone can please help me?
