I am having a situation with the SharePoint sites connected to Project Server. When a user (regular or admin) deletes an item from a list or library, it goes straight to the 2nd Level Recycle bin, and thereby bypassing the 1st Level Recycle bin where the end user can restore his/her own documents. Any idea why this is happening?
