What is the difference between an Azure environment and an Azure resource group? When I tried to create a new environment through CLI, a new resource group is created on my Azure portal.

Confusingly, when I want to get the status of an environment, I need to specify both environment and resource group:

az ml env show -n <deployment environment name> -g <existing resource group name>
