Greetings everyone.  I'm hoping to build an SP site in a high-security area.  The only way I'm permitted to configure the site and subsites is via WebEx using one of the SOC staff's credentials.  Downsides are many but I'm told this is the only way they can allow me access to the SOC from the outside.

Been there. It's just a slower process, really. I would say as long as that expectation is understood, you should otherwise be fine.
