Sharing the list data across site Collection is not possible through Out-Of-Box. You can use custom code to retrive the datas from one site collection and display those items in another sitecollection. But the permissions between different site collections are different, so we can't access the datas through permissions through Custom code.

如果您只想在子站点到顶级站点(主站点)的Web部件页面上显示它，则可以使用 内容查询Web部件.

If you just want to display it on a web part page from sub site to top level site (main), you can do that with a Content Query Web Part.

或者，

• Open the site in designer, select all List views of the list /library then save XsLtListViewWebpart
