We exported a plain custom list as a template which have some data from Office365 SharePoint online site, we then added the same in SharePoint 2013 on-premises, using this we create a new custom list however we can't access and we are getting following error.

Yes, I can reproduce the same scenario in my environment.

If we create list on SharePoint on premise with the template of SharePoint online, when we load the list, it cannot find the correspond assembly file in SharePoint on permission, so we cannot load the list in SharePoint on premise.
