Hi, I want to document the config settings. Did a copy of step 5 of https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff645390(v=office.14).aspx, saved it to a file, and ran in SP Management Shell on servers in a couple different farms.

In the first test, I'm seeing a single file, WebAppFilename.xml, has been created, but 0KB. It has been running for 40 minutes or so.
