We are designing a solution for Logging and Monitoring using Log Analytics for our customer in East US,East US2 , Central Europe and West Europe regions.

We need to aggregate logs across regions and subscriptions and present them to Log Analytics for analysis. The Primary regions are East US2 and Central Europe.

Is there a better , alternate approach with or without Log Analytics to achieve this design Objective.

I understand there will be a little network latency but you can still use log analytics workspace available nearby those regions.  We are trying to add workspaces in more regions, please refer this post.
