I need your assistant, i have an announcement list and when creating a new announcement on the form i have created a button using javascript to generate a survey this is my code:

So it will open the survey page and what i need is when i click ob the Finish button of the survey, i want it to save and close the survey, redirect back to the announcement i was and store the survey link to the field called survey link (e.g http://scoinspoint01/Lists/omphilesurvey/Newform.aspx) on the announcement form. There will be many surveys created by different users so it should apply to all the users, i dont know if this is possible and how to start manipulating the finish button of the survey form.

As a workaround, we can open a modal dialog in the new announcement form page, then using dialogReturnValueCallback to monitor the callback.
