I am Mahendra from India, New to vb.net 2008, Can anybody help me to make "Scheduler- cum-Real time Reminder" application in vb.net 2008 which can be install any Windows version. After installing my application by user, my program icon remains on Windows taskbar until user close it, mean it also shutdown pc or restart my program icon remains on Windows taskbar.

My logic is that I want to make "Scheduler- cum-Real time Reminder" application in vb.net 2008 which have some forms where user adds events and on that event my program should Alert which the user saved as Event as a scheduler. As a alert I want a Sound, a Popup Window as a Event fired for a user. I want to user Ms-Access 2003 for database which stores the events (Date, Time etc), User may Delete Event or Edit event or may be skip. All will be put in Database of MS-Access 2003.

Events Can be : 1. Birth Day 2. Cash Deposit in Bank, 3. Attend a Ceremony any damn thing!

So please help me how to code it?
