So, what I would like to do is be able to connect to a URL through a dial up connection. I understand that each new connection made through a dial up service is a new IP so it will look like there is a different user connecting each time. I would like to make it connect to a web page I made with a hit counter on it so I can see it connect and then eventually put it through a loop so it make somewhere around 10 connections to the web page to give it 10 counts.

So my question is; How do you connect to a URL through a dial up connection?
