Can someone help me please, i want to make 3d animated graph populated from database or xml using jquery or javascript or anything but i cannot use any 3rd party tool unless its free.

its free to use and no watermark , but there would a hyperlink to its site on left, if you don''t mind it otherwise you have to create your charting library.
