i have the requirement like,sending Emails to all the users who are subscribe to the email.

I have created a table to store the list of email subscriber and created a form to create email using a text editor.

Now how can i send the email i.e email created using text editor to all user subscribed to email.

can i send the news letter in the same way?

Yes you can. But you should have a better implementation.

General emails and newsletters pop-out working slightly in different ways. For example, newsletters are sending only to the subscribe users, while general emails are send to selected IDs. So in newsletters the email sent out automatically, once the newsletter is prepared.

For all of these you can use .Net Mail class.
