从最近几天开始，我无法访问我的rediffmail帐户，我已经尝试了所有可能的方法来检索我的密码，但是仍然无法正常工作，仍然有邮件从该ID发送给我的朋友，我担心可能包含重要的邮件.我该如何向Rediff团队投诉或如何阻止我的帐户.

from last few days i am unable to access my rediffmail account i have tried all possible ways to retrive my password but nothing is working also mails are still sent from that id to my friends i am worried as important mails may be comprised. how can i complaint to rediff team about this or how can i block my account.
