I need to develop a particular video editor and for that purpose I know how to realize the process logic and how to encode the final result.
What I''m still looking for is a solution that let me:
1 - Play a FLV video and interact with it. The user should be able to click the mouse button and I want to get the timestamp of the current frame at that time.
2 - I also don''t know how to extract frames between two timestamps and create a new flv file.

Can you help me? Is there a DLL I can use for that purpose?
