How to tell Antivirus company that our product is not a virus?

Appreciate anybody help on the above issue.

Background:
We are the principal of iBrownie (www.ibrownie.com) : a Parental Control solution with build in Psychology Concept. The solution works like a typical parental control where it filter un-authorize website from kids, and manage duration they can spend on internet.

Problem:
We have received complaint and further testing confirm that our solution is blocked and defined as virus by some antivirus. This has caused major incovenience to our customer and has drastically affecting our sales.

Help needed:
How do we go about to tell major antivirus software producer to treat our iBrownie solution nicely? alternative, any special codes that we have to do to make our solution authentic?

You need to talk directly to the antivirus companies, and find out why their product incorrectly identifies yours as a virus. It may be that you have accidentally incorporated a virus signature in your exe, or your application may exhibit virus-like behaviour. Only they can help you there!
