You can keep multiple panels and play with the visibility based on a criteria. If, you need you can have partial rendering and only panels would get refreshed using AJAX.

If the panels cannot be designed from before, then design them at runtime and re-render them based on the criteria selected (use Update Panels or Callback for it.)
