I have a project that requires me to extract the Phone Number, MCC, MNC, LAC (Location Area Code) and CellID from a mobile browser window and wonder could you supply me with some pseudo code (or actual code) that extracts this info and posts it to a listener service on my servers?

The ideal solution is that this happens in code from webpage (so no software is installed on the handset) so that when the mobile browser is pointed to the URL with the extraction code in it, the data is automatically extracted and posted to my server....

Is this solution tennable?
