I want a good design specification to start developing asp.net application for a medical clinic because I can''t be bothered to actually do the hard stuff that goes at the beginning of the project. Could somebody please think for me? Please? Pretty pleaaaassssssssssssseeeeeee!!!!!!

You need to talk to your clients. You cannot expect somebody else to give you the requirements - it''s up to you/the company you work for, to find out what your client business processes are.
