i have a form with menu and if i click the first choice in menu will display two mdi children forms ,, the quiz form and the answer form

I tried to update your question, but I realised that apart from the useless subject, you don''t have a real question at all.  You have a spec and you''re asking us to do the work for you.  If this is homework, tell the teacher you need help.  If it''s paid work, then I suggest letting your boss know he should fire you, or provide you with some books to help you learn.  This place is for asking specific questions about things you''ve tried to do and failed, not for getting other people to do your work.  That''s the jobs board.
